Why you shouldn’t work out what you eat in training

Physical activity protects against high blood pressure and heart disease, diabetes and some cancers, helps improve mental health and wellbeing, and even extends life expectancy.

But it’s all about regular activity – the kind that becomes a habit. To form one, you need to love the activity, rather than kicking yourself out to exercise out of guilt over extra calories.

Subsequently, even if you improve your eating behavior and lose extra pounds, negative past experiences can keep you from exercising, taking away a lot of fun and a few years of life.
